- Someone need to be home to accept the shipment, Freight company will contact you directly to set up a delivery schedule.
- All shipment must be inspect by you and any damages or issue must be note it on the BOL before signing off. If there is no damage indication on the BOL, we and the freight company are not responsible for any damages claim.
- Shipment cannot be refuse no matter what, if there is any damages, note it on the BOL before sign off. We will sort it out with the freight company. Refused shipment will void all warranty and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
